ABOUT ME
I am a postdoctoral research fellow at Max Planck Institute for Astrophysics, Garching, Germany. I work on computational methods and simulations of astrophysical fluids and modeling of astrophysical systems, particularly the gas around galaxies, aka the Circumgalactic medium.
I did my PhD with Prof. Prateek Sharma at Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India. I am from Calcutta, India and did my undergraduate in Physics at Presidency University, Calcutta, India.
When I am not working, I usually spend my time traveling or simply chatting (adda in Bengali) with my friends and family.
